Southern Bread Company began with a simple mission: to bring back the beauty of slow, handmade bread. Lovingly run from home, we are a small-batch bakery built on the belief that real bread- made with time, care, and tradition- has the power to nourish and connect us.

We can’t wait to welcome our first group of travelers on this bread-baking journey! Perfect for beginners and enthusiastic home bakers, this new membership helps you build solid bread-making skills as we explore classic breads from around the world—no experience needed. We’ll meet every third Saturday at The Link Family Resource Center in Hurley for hands-on learning, essential techniques, and the joy of baking in community!
Reserve your spot with a 6-month deposit ($195), then pay $32.50 at each class. By paying the full subscription, you’ll save $30. Flex spots will also be available for $70 per class.
Southern Bread Company will be at the Deck the Stalls Christmas Market Friday, November 21st through Sunday, November 23rd! Look for our booth outside next to the chapel at 16435 Grafe Homestead Rd.

Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 12 PM - 4 PM
